Refund Policy
1. Digital Service Nature
Covelity Visual Design specializes in custom digital graphics and visual engineering. Due to the nature of digital assets and the time-intensive process of custom engineering, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Strict Policy: Once a project has reached the production stage or final files have been delivered, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- The order is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and work has not yet commenced.
- Covelity is unable to fulfill the project requirements due to technical limitations.
- Double payment occurred due to a billing system error.
3. Revision Policy
Instead of refunds, we focus on client satisfaction through our revision process. Every project includes a specific number of revision cycles (as defined in your order) to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon technical brief.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following services and assets are strictly non-refundable:
- Final delivered high-resolution assets and source files.
- Completed velocity-optimized banner systems.
- Rush order fees or expedited delivery charges.
- Consultation and visual strategy hours.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund review, please contact our billing department. All requests must be submitted in writing and include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
