These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Covelity Visual Design concerning your access to and use of the covelity.com website and its related services.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We provide high-end digital design and visual engineering services. The scope of work for each service is defined at the time of purchase or through a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

• High-Velocity Banner Design Systems
• Visual Optimization and Asset Management
• Custom Digital Graphics Production

Users are prohibited from using the Site or Services to:

• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Site.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Automate the use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Interfere with the velocity-optimized delivery of content to other users.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that method.

Covelity Visual Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services or any visual assets provided.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our Services without notice.

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Covelity Visual Design and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
